L’amour, toujours l’amour

With Valentine's Day approaching, it's time to plan “une soirée favorable à l’amour”.

In keeping with the pastoral festival of Lupercalia of ancient Rome, a fertility rite dedicated to Faunus, the Roman god of agriculture, Fromager Thom Sokoloski, and wine enthusiast, Caroline Charest, invites you to explore the art and many sensual pleasures of melting cheese.

Wisdom of ancient tradition has recognized the aphrodisiac qualities of Cheese. Today, we discover that it contains many times as much PEA, phenyl ethylamine – a natural amphetamine that the brain manufactures in response to the feelings of love – as does chocolate.
